I was in the store today to purchase Biotin. The girl at the register said the price was $24.95. I advised her that the label near the product was $19.99. She went to her alleged Manager who refused to honor the $19.99 price as advertised. He further expressed how he had already called corporate 3xs today and couldn't make an exception for me. He was Hispanic and his name started with a T. He said the Manager will be in later so he wasn't in fact the manager as previously stated. I refuse to ever shop there again! With unemployment and gas prices rising daily, I need the lowest price possible. He said that he would fix the price to reflect $24.95 moving forward which had nothing to do with me. This was terrible customer experience.
Manager was rude and unprofessional. Bought a supplement for $199 that didn't work for me. When i got it he wasb100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! I stopped using the product after 3 weeks cause wasn't doing what it claims on the label. About weeks later I stopped by with 1/2 full bottle. The clerk called manager explained everything about my return manager asked clerk to have me wait till he gets there. Waited 30 minutes when he got there said AM SORRY DUDE CANT TAKE THIS BACK! very unprofessional and rude. Won't shop here ever again.
Great place. The employees are great and Joel was awesome. I recommend this GNC highly. And Joel is a human computer when it comes to nutrition. I started a sentence and he would finish it with the answer. Great place 10 stars.
Nice place, manager was interesting but need more people who have a chemistry background to help the general public achieve their goals.
Came to GNC at 8:39Pm to buy supplements and they were closed. It clearly states online they close at 9pm. So not sure what the bourse actually are then
