If I could give 0 stars I would! I was trying to return an item by mail and was asking GNC for a return label. The only response I got was drop it off at your “local” GNC store. I don’t have a local store, I had to drive 2 hours away to drop off the package & the return was STILL not processed. I gave the package to an employee, she said I was good to go. I drove 2 HOURS back home to receive a call saying my return won’t be processed without my debit card being inserted into the machine. I contacted support once again looking for ANYONE who knows what they’re doing. & was told I need to drive back to the store for my return. Definitely will NOT order online again and definitely won’t give this business my money. 0/10

Not my favorite store in the area. They have a good selection, but the staff is not knowledgable about many of their products. I prefer Gesundheit Nutrition Center.

Went to buy protein powder today and as I was checking out the price range as $15 higher then the price tag on the shelf. I have been buying this product for years. The kid said he was sorry but I would have to pay the extra $15 because all the store prices have changed and they haven’t been able to get the shelf prices changed. He also said he called the manger and she told him this same thing. No manager should be putting their employees in that situation. Very poor management. I actually felt bad for this young kid working. Get your shelf prices changed before changing the prices in your system. GNC Bozeman management get it together and remember customer service and customer satisfaction is the most important.

Amazing experience!! Down to earth people that are very knowledgeable about their products and want to help people better there health and fitness. Haze helped me find new products that catered to my workout and diet routine. Would definitely give this place my business again and again!
