I always wondered why GNC - Marshall never had any customers at the store. Now I know why. Today (10/30/2023) at 3:38pm, I went to GNC - Marshall to purchase some pre workout. I knew exactly what I wanted and did not need anything else. As I went to checkout, the cashier, let’s just call him Joshua, asked me if I wanted to purchase anything else along with the pre-workout. Politely, I told him no that I was good and this was all I needed. He then responded with “Really, okay whatever.” Joshua then asked me for my phone number, which I provided. Once pulling up my account, he encouraged me to upgrade to their paid rewards program. I rarely shop at GNC, so I felt that upgrading would not be beneficial to me. Joshua then aggressively insisted that I join the rewards program. Again, I responded with no thank you and paid for my pre workout. As he handed me my receipt, he once again rudely tried to pressure me into signing up for their rewards program. When I once again told him no, he said, “Don’t take this the wrong way, but you’re really stupid.” Because of this experience, I will never return to GNC - Marshall again, not that I went there often to begin with.

Said store is open till 7pm drive 30 minutes get there at 5 and they're closed.... This is why I usually just buy stuff online nowadays. If you're going to close early just post different hours, especially on the store front.

The guy handling my purchase wore a badge saying that he was the manager of the store. He wore no mask, no gloves and continued to get closer than six feet from me. It took him a very long time to handle the purchase as it included a reward that I had earned. Very rude. Irresponsible and certainly had no business being a manager.

I had an awesome experience at the Marshall, Tx Location Yesterday. The GNC associate was every helpful. She helped me with professional ethics and Service. I will be shopping there in the Future. 😁👍. GNC need more people like Mrs. KAYLA.

June 25, 2021 at 1239pm came to Gnc expecting great service. To my disappointment I was not greeted nor ask if I needed any assistance the two employees in the front showed no expertise in customer service nor care about customer being in their shop.
