Sales associate was incredibly rude. She was cussing that she just worked an 11 hour day and was verbally abusive. Incredibly unprofessional! I'd give 0 stars if possible.

It says the store closes at 8, I arrived at 7:20 and it was already closed! lack of commitment to the consumer

Worst experience of my life. Rudest manager I've ever encountered. Complaining about a simple return when the customer service rep on the phone said it was easy and could be done with the order number. Basically pushed me aside when another "customer" who was actually a store employee entered. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. one star is far too many for this store AND manager.

If I could put zero stars I would. The Manager was super rude to me while trying to return an online order. Called a customer service line and made an arrogant comment about the language they spoke then pretty much pushed my aside when a person walked in that ended up being an employee. Called a different gnc and they said they could help me. If you can avoid this location then do it.

I went in to grab some brewers yeast. The manager (Kat) informed me they are out but may be getting a shipment that day. She asked if she could contact me if they got it in. Sure enough, she called me when they got it in a few hours later. I didn’t answer the call since I was working but went back there around 6. She wasn’t there but left a container of brewers yeast for me in the back and told her night shift employee to be sure to give it to me. So sweet! Will go back for any other GNC specific items I may need in the future!
