This kid didn't know anything. He was still in training and the manager left him to work alone at night. This kid didn't know what glutamine was. He didn't even know the store called Vitamin Shoppe, when asking him if there was one around here. He also kept waving his hair back. All of this is a red flag and the manager should be fired pranto!!
Can't even update your hours? Checked the website, said they were open on Labor day. I drove 45 mins down to the pavilions and paid for parking only to find out they weren't open. Learn how to run a business.
I wish I could give ZERO stars! Worst service ever. I went in at night and was greeted by a frantic red headed male. I felt so uncomfortable! He would not look me in the eyes and provided no help, only creepy vibes. Will never ever return to this store anywhere in the US based on this one interaction.
The place was clean and not busy. The gentleman working seemed not to know much about general nutrition and supplementation and looked a little dumbfounded when I asked some questions. Prices were reasonable and great location.
I'm a life-long athlete and nutrition is a center in my life. GNC has always been a great place to get the information I need to keep my mind, body and soul happy and healthy. Thanks, GNC! #🍱
