So happy Gloria Jeans is open again! The staff is super friendly and even took the time to figure out an answer to a question about the calories for a drink that didn’t have it listed.

Gloria Jeans is back open! Was at the ghost town mall for some stuff as I still like going there. I was walking by and I saw a whole new Gloria Jeans!! Woohoo! The service was so friendly and they were training, so it was even better to be apart of. Super freaking clean, new machines, and GREAT COFFEE!! If you are at the mall and doing something, stop by Gloria Jeans! Really happy I stopped! It's easily the cleanest place in that entire mall!!

I love gloria jeans coffee so much that I get it basically every other day at this point. They’re always welcoming and make the most delicious coffee ever! I always look forward to it throughout my day. I recommend the Madagascar Vanilla Caramel Chiller blended with cookies :)

Not as yummy as it used to be. I used to get a dome top with chocolate and whipped cream. Today I was never given the option. No whipped cream, no chocolate around the edges or on the top. Flat top. Our other order got the whipped cream as usual but no chocolate. There was no communication, just a cup placed on a counter and they walked away. I did say regular and I got a large. Not sure what size I was charged for. I’m happy to have them back, and I will still support them. Now I know for next time to be more specific about what I’m wanting I guess.

I’m aware they just opened back up but I already have problems with it I know it’s not going to be the same as Al ran it really well….they need to stop wasting so much product the few drinks I saw them make they had a lot left in the blender and where taking it too the back to dump it out also the espresso machine, the lady that was there young girl, was touching the espresso and not pressing it down with the tool…. Don’t use your hands to remove excess coffee that’s why it’s pressed…. And also the cup sizes they are far too small for the large
