A small park with a quick history lesson about the power plant

I am not sure the "walk" is even really that. It's a 1/3 acre grass lot. I wouldn't plan a trip to just see this maybe a drive by look would do. No picnic tables. Would love to see a park near the lake with walking trails, the generator park would have been better there. Also wish there was just one place right down town to take my dog. Not by the hospital but near main Street. This would bring in walkers. Boost revenue. Even a route, mapped out downtown for a loop on the existing walkways for people with markers would be amazing.

Cool part of Anderson history. It's not a large park so if you are looking for an adventurous walk this isn't it. Interesting and peaceful and worth checking out if you are interested in that sort of thing.

Pretty little park with plenty of benches to take a break on. Historic signage.

I enjoy the outdoors and the relics placed around here esp. the generator wheel. Plus it's close to Carolina Wren Park. A great spot for a peaceful walk.
