As soon as I booked my flight to Chicago, I searched for my nearest Garrett Popcorn location. I tried this popcorn years ago on a previous trip to Chicago, and I knew I had to come back. The popcorn is phenomenal. However, the facility lacks attention and comfort for both the employees and customers. It was very hot inside, and although the employees had a fan on, you could still feel the struggle they were enduring with the heat. The space feels a little too tight to accommodate more than six customers. The music playing was way too loud, making it necessary to repeat your order several times for them to hear you. I brought home plenty of popcorn, and it was just as I remembered: fresh, delicious, and addicting. I wish they would open a Garrett Popcorn shop in every state.

Tried it once and we’re hooked. The caramel corn is quite sugary but it pairs well with the cheescorn. We usually combine both in one bite. The team of three working the counter were all so polite, especially the cashier! I asked for more caramel than cheese in my mix and they did it. Thank you!! Agree with the other reviewer that it’s easiest to buy at the airport so you don’t have to carry it around all day

Bought 6 small bags of the famous garrett mix popcorn it is cheese and caramel. Its balances the saltiness and sweetness of the both flavors. They have a shop at terminal 3'of chicago o hare airport

Erica was sweet and the popcorn is always great. The mix of cheese and caramel w lots of good butter is to die for and always hits the spot. The flavor is so rich and you can eat only a little at a time but it’s so worth it to get a big bag for $16 plus tax to share w everyone.

This location of Garrett Popcorn is the saving grace of flying to O'Hare Airport on American. Every time I fly through this terminal, I stop here to buy the Chicago mix (half caramel, half cheese) for home and work. Made fresh in site, this is the best. If you like popcorn (and who doesn't), then you'll love Garrett Popcorn. Easiest to buy here also so you don't drag it around getting back to the airport. Best popcorn ever!
