Had one of the best customer service experiences at this location! Michelle, I don't know if she is the store manager, went above and beyond to take care of me. No hassles, just exceptional customer service! It might sound cliche but she deserves a raise! Whatever they're paying her is not enough! Thank you again for such great customer service!

I keep visiting places like game stop and the exhaust hoping to find some kind of deal on games or accessories. But it's definitely not the case I'm finding at any of these stores. They are charging same price as chain stores if not more!... and most of the time they have cases of games out but then tell you oh we don't have many of these in stock.. well then why are they out? I did happen to purchase a game at the Willoughby location because they were out of regular sonic racing but they had sonic racing with sonic manic for $30. Which you can get at best buy for exact same price.

Went in yesterday to pick up a game for PS5. It was more organized than most Game Stop locations. They had exactly what I was looking for. When I entered the store, I was promptly asked if I needed help finding anything, then asked again how I was doing after a few minutes after browsing for a bit. When I approached the counter to check out, I struggled with a gift card. Luckily, Shyanne at the counter was able to help me figure it out what to do in that situation. She was patient and very kind and was able to answer all my additional questions. Better than your typical Gamestop. I appreciate being able to continue building my physical collection in an all digital world. 🙏

Earlier I went in for a game I wanted. Girl with the blue hair was extremely helpful and helped me find a few more games to my interest. But the guy with the long hair, howard? Was extremely rude and i took offense to what he did to the female working with him. Why is he working there? This place use to have real cool dudes. But what he did to that girl was uncalled for. Do something about it please

Great staff. Very friendly. Had a great conversation on stick drift in controllers that we make me always get the warranty. Really hard to play dark souls type games when your left stick randomly angles your charter in some other direction. Clean store.
