Everytime I go in I get greeted with top notch customer service. Whenever I'm not sure what to get they give great recommendations. I have discovered Days Gone, Shadows of the Collosus, and Dead Island 2 from their excellent staff. Luna is a great worker who outs in the 110%. Steven is a new worker but his knowledgeable on games with good recommendations.

Love this location! Christina, the store manager, has consistently gone above and beyond with customer service. Always smiling and helpful. She also had an item shipped from Wasilla and called me right when it arrived. Perfect experience. I hope she stays around.

Not only do the workers and manager here not want to do their actual jobs, and entirely unhelpful, they seem to have a major attitude problem. They even went as far as basically assaulting my family on our latest visit. Entirely unprofessional and ridiculous, I will never step foot in this store again. The quality has gone so far down the drain, it’s comical.
