I've been coming here for over 10 years an employee I asked today had absolutely zero knowledge on what I asked about. A g920 steering wheel vs turtle beach velocity one. He proceeded to try and sell me on the g920 because it looks cooler and has 3 pedals instead of 2. Horrible customer service.

(Am writing this review a few weeks later after my purchase). Hanna is a great and knowledgeable employee who helped with my many questions. She also informed me of the military discount even though after being a long time customer, I wasn't aware that was something Gamestop offered. I'm greatly please with the service I received and will be coming back much more often because of the excellent service she provided. She also noticed that I was a pokemon fan based on the thing I was purchasing and gave me a Gamestop exclusive pokemon promo card (I was very excited). Thanks for your amazing diligence and I hope she earns a spot in upper management for her great insight and knowledge on all thing video hame related!
