I had the best experience taking the shuttle from the airport to the cruise port. The shuttle was clean, came on time. Very organized!! However when it was time to leave the port and go back to the airport. Very disappointed!! 1) The shuttle did not show up on time. 2) The worst part for me, I called the company to get an update on arrival time. Instead of of saying the driver is 30-40 mins behind. The lied on the phone about the new arrival time for the shuttle. I stood in the sun waiting thinking the shuttle was just around the corner when it really wasn’t. 3) I called again to ask why lie about the time and I was just quoted the time expectations on the company website 🤷‍♀️. Still didn’t explain why they lied on the phone!!

It was smooth ride!!! Jon helped us with our heavy luggages, He even made us a signage so we could find him easily. The van is tidy and clean.

Leslie in the office was an angel that took such good care of me. The service was superior and very reasonable. From airport to port in galvaston they are the best thanks again for your time and guidance Leslie, I wish hotel reservations and airport services were as smoothly operated.

We traveled from Hawaii for a family vacation and cruise. Once we realized how far Houston was from the Galveston cruise terminal, we knew we needed to find transportation for 8 people from Houston hotel to the Galveston cruise terminal. I first attempted to book transportation through the cruise ship, however, their options were limited to Airport a pickup and would not pick us up from our hotel. In addition, the cruise ship shuttle would not be able to get us to the terminal in time for our check--in. I reached out to several other transportation companies with limited responses. Galveston Shuttle was a life saver for our family, they responded to my emails in a timely manner. On our pick up day, our drive called me with a courteous call and he arrived 15 minutes early. He was very professional and helpful and truly embraced the Aloha spirit. I definitely recommend Galveston Shuttle & Limo (not to be confused with other companies with similar names.)

It was great to use Galveston Shuttle and Limo. Jon was my driver, both to Hobby airport and back to Galveston. He was prompt, even with a 5 am pickup, and kept a good attitude throughout. I would definitely use them again for my travel needs.
