These are some very nice people. We furnished our living room and these guys were very helpful. We purchased a sofa recliner that turned out to have a factory defect. They went out of their way to help us get a new recliner. The new one was perfect and we are 100% satisfied. The delivery guys are very professional and handled my furniture as if it was theirs. Very polite and extremely helpful. This is the only furniture store I use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Obvious crooks, I walked around for 5 minutes comparing their merch to amazon. And everything was about 50% higher. When confronted they said that everything is actually 80% off right now. I'm sorry, but you can't sell a $1200 sofa for $1648, and lie to my face. And that is the discounted price.
Purchased a king size bed set from this establishment back in November. The wrong size bed was brought during the first delivery attempt. They came back later with the correct size but wrong color. We were also missing a nightstand and were told it was broken. They said an order for the correct color bed set and a new nightstand would be placed. My wife called multiple times and was never given a straight answer. Kept giving her the run around and said they would call us with an update. I went in to the store a few weeks ago to get this matter resolved. The manager assured me it would be taken care of and he would call me within two weeks. Still haven't heard anything and when I tried contacting him today, he didn't answer. Not having the products you paid for 6 months later is ridiculous. Their customer service and communication has been terrible. Definitely will not purchase again from this store. Recommend others shop elsewhere and avoid the hassle we've been dealing with.
This place has become a rip-off watch out for the sales man! I understand that salesman it's there anymore! I did have great experience surprised my sister with a mattress set she badly needed and couldn't afford! I live in Ohio came to visit her her for a month, she brought me to this store and showed me the mattress set, I came back home and ordered for her, but wasn't in stock Able made it happen! he ordered from the store in El Paso, and didn't charge for delivery, my sister was so surprised, the lady was also awesome Thank You wish we had a store in Ohio...
From the sales people to the delivery guys, we were more than happy! The sales person Frank was very friendly and gave us a GREAT deal on our new furniture which we love. We got next day delivery and it came right on time, and the delivery guys were super cool and helpful. The whole process was painless and I definitely plan to come back and buy more pieces from them!
