Great service to Colorado Springs from Denver airport. But best service came when my return trip plans changed minutes after making the reservation. I called within the first 60 minutes of making the reservation which allowed me to cancel without penalty. They handled my change professionally and easily. Thanks. If needed, I'll use you again!

I reserved shuttle return from DIA to Colorado Springs for 2 college students, paid in advance with gratuity. I missed 1 call at 5:32pm saying students were late, no further attempt to reach me. I called back at 5:45pm but driver already gone, stranding the young women at the airport. Only option wait for 7:30pm shuttle, no refund would be considered. We hopped in car and picked the students up. Very poor customer service, paid for no service rendered!

This was the worst experience I've had with a shuttle service. I definitely recommend going with any alternative. I called when I landed an hour scheduled departure and the lady told me the 7:30 shuttle would be leaving at 7:40. I showed up around 7:25 to the pickup location and by 7:31 there was no shuttle so I was a little nervous so called back to confirm. The next operator told me the shuttle had probably already left and put me on hold to call the driver. The operator refused to ask the driver to swing back around to get me and told me he only had one reservation. I asked why the initial operator had not advised me to book and the operator couldn't give me a good answer. Please use Colorado Springs shuttle as a better alternative. There is nothing like being stuck at the airport for an extra hour after a long journey and missing your meeting because of it. I even warned the operator I would leave a poor review if the driver didn't swing back around and pick me up.

My family and company has spent thousands of dollars over years of patronage for hundreds of rides. But no longer. After an incident recently I was promised by the driver (who was actually very professional and kind) a credit if I called the office. I called th office and long story short I was called a liar, was condescended to, made to feel stupid and was ultimately denied a credit I was promised. So $90 later for only one ride. I encourage you to take your business to Colorado Springs shuttle and not deal with this unprofessional and explicitly rude “costumer service”.

The convenience for transportation is great. Friendly warning however. Make sure your flight lands about an hour before the pickup has been scheduled. We had a death in the family. The trip itself wasnt a pleasant one to begin with. The plane going back home landed 30 min before the last shuttle for the night. The luggage didn't get to baggage claim until 7:10 in which the shuttle was missed. Stranded at the airport for 2 1/2 hours. No refund due to the plane arriving 30 min before the shuttle left. Just make sure the flight is scheduled to land an hour earlier then the pick up is scheduled, especially if you have luggage to wait on.
