First time visiting a Friendly's. The menu has items for pretty much anyone. Someone was there to open the door for our family when we arrived. Even though there were plenty of people there, we were immediately seated. Cassidy took great care of us! Even though her voice was a little rough that day, he did her best and communicated with us. She kept us informed with everything going on, even when the kitchen was backed up. She also constantly checked up on us to make sure we had refills and any other needs taken care of. Even with the food filling us up, we wanted to try the ice cream. The dessert menu was even bigger than the dinner menu! Everything was great! My only complaint was that not all the seating was consistent. My kids were sitting against a wooden back. My wife and I were seated against a shared back with the next booth. Every move they made pushed on us hard and felt like when you're on a plane and kids are kicking the seats behind you. VERY uncomfortable and annoying.

Not very busy, we were seated fast. Food was delicious and ice cream was worth the trip. We order from Uber eats all the time and the portions are huge. Very good value

Visiting from out of town, have never tried Friendly's before. Stopped the first time for lunch, it was great. Had to stop a second time to have dessert, which was totally worth it. Loved the sundae.

I went out with my family tonight & wasn’t so happy about it with our waitress. Even though I ordered salad and my family ordered warm food, but my food came first and then the kids food and last my husband, instead of everything at once, we had to remind the waitress for the kids drinks, I didn’t got offered a refill. So I don’t know what happened there, plus it wasn’t even that busy there
