Visiting Albany from Kingston, and decided to go to here since I haven’t been to one since I was a kid. Great food! And great service. My waitress Tina was very attentive and such a sweetheart! Will definitely be back!

I haven't been here a long time in troy new york. Where I live, there is no Friendly I cream Pauler so I traveled so I can get me a Jim Dandy I Love. Friendly's Jim dandy, so I travel about 30 miles.Just to come to troy to get one awesome

I gave the food a two, but we left before we ate anything. We were promptly seated, twenty minutes later the waitress came to take our order. 60 minutes after that we left when we still had not even gotten our drinks. If we had at least just gotten our drinks we would have been fine. It was when the waitress past our table and our son asked me when the drinks would be here and she rolled her eyes that I was just done waiting. ...I would like to add that the dining area was not slammed and we did inform them that we were leaving.

Enjoyed the entire experience. I would like to especially thank our server Nick. He was very kind and attentive, Thanks for suggesting the legendary burger it was amazing. Thank you nick!!! Will definitely be back soon. Keep up the great job!!!

I usually come in for my usual sundae 1x month. Staff remembers me and orders it right up with no wait time. I have been coming to Friendly’s ever since my children were young for the “happy ending meals” - the best!!
