Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to ensure you have exactly what you need.
Brought in prescription for CPAP. I received a used one with the promise of a new one when one was available. Charged me and insurance for a new one. Still have not received what was promised. Went back to get new CPAP after absolutely no attempt was made to contact me to make good on promise, still made excuse not to provide what was promised because same guy did not work there anymore. Refuse to pay last payment and they made a negative report against my credit rating. Strong arm tactic. Ruin credit to get money they don't deserve. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Will never use this place again for my needs.
