I wish Google would allow negative stars so I can give these guys an honest review. This place absolutely has no consideration for its customers time. They have six computer terminals and only two people working for the 40 people in line. We pre-paid in advanced and STILL have to wait about 3 hours to get to our car. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'll start with the check in/ pick up. I had a reservation for 5:30 am I arrived 20 minutes early to complete any paperwork ect. I was probably 4th or 5th in line when I arrived. I was in line for 1 hour before I made it to the counter. Most of the time I would not have anything good to say after a wait time like this. But this is exactly why I'm leaving this review. The man running the counter was extremely busy for I and going above and beyond for every customer. Helping international travelers get their paperwork correct, so they could be on their way. 5/5 on customer service. The car was so nice and clean. Brand new 800miles total on it when I got behind the wheel. Great experience and I would highly recommend renting a car with FOX AUTO.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Stay away from fox!!! They don’t care about how much time they are wasting for you. Clearly they know how Many reservations they have for the day, why wouldn’t they put another employee on instead of just the 2 that are working now?! Line is wrapped down to the bathrooms. An entire day of our vacation is wasted. NEVER again!

The absolute cheapest car rental available through Sam’s Club. $247 for an SUV for 7 nights. Pickup was a 30 minute simple process while drop off was a 3 second seamless checkout.

There was no line at the Fox counter when I arrived on a Saturday evening at 9pm. Quick and easy pickup. The only issue with Fox is their cars tend to be older and not in as good condition as the bigger car rental companies. So my Hyundai Accent (Intermediate) car had 63,000 miles. The pane covering speedometer was cracked and stained and car had a very slight odor of stale smoke though even my sensitive nose wasn't bothered much by it. Having said that, the service on both pickup and drop-off was excellent.
