I would give this place zero stars if I could. The old man in the store is disrespectful and inconsiderate. While my boyfriend was trying on the suits the entire time he was making jokes about gay men which is totally unacceptable, I didn’t even know why these jokes were being made and it made me very uncomfortable. We were in there for 20 mins to try on only one type of jacket and pants they had for us and charged us $40 for what he said is “labor”. The place is a joke. And while my boyfriend was trying the suit on debating on whether he liked it or not the man told him he was being too particular. He just did not seem to care at all about us and only cared to make money, he wanted us in and out.

Customer service terrible, old white man awas extremely rude and was being persistent on rushing us out the place telling us don’t touch this. Can’t touch the suits then the black guy which is uncle Tom listens to his master and being nonchalant and rude customer service. The whole place is terrible not worth your money nor your time I don’t know why they still here and the customer service is so horrible, this is how they do business?! The disrespect was so irrational and intolerable. I would never buy anything else from here and I’m paying you guys!!. I’m giving you guys my customer service and this is what I get. It is so terrible.0 starts

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was horrible. Owner refused to talk to us until my brother and his fiancé were there. Was extremely rude and disrespectful to my brother and our mom. We left in the middle of our fitting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Don’t support obnoxious and inconsiderate people.

If you want your day ruined by an older rude gentlemen who might fit you for a suit 10/10 recommend. For literally any other reason -205/10 recommend formal dimensions.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My father rented a suit and the old man who attended him and my mother was very rude and disrespectful. He kept pushing to them what was popular which was this floral vest that just didn’t fit my father’s style and my father even admitted when he took the vest home that he did not like it. The next day I went out my way to politely ask if I could exchange the vest and tie. When we arrived I simply just explained to this man that the vest and tie just didn’t look right on my father and he kept going on and on about how popular this vest pattern was. WE DON’T LIKE IT JUST ACCEPT THAT PLEASE. Not everyone likes what’s popular. I went to go look for another vest and tie with my sister over the phone and my mother beside me and all this old man did was say “okay hurry up taking a whole hour” when I was literally only there for 15 minutes and I have proof of that because I was on the phone the whole time. I can’t believe I was spoken to that way, he was so rude and I will never come here again. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE.
