This was the best experience I have ever had! Mercedes was awesome! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted done just that I wanted it short. She came up with an awesome idea and it looks great!! She also let me know I could donate my hair and where I could so my haircut was free 😊 they are always so nice and welcoming when I go there no matter who’s at the front desk or who is my stylist!

Mercedes C at the 1092 Broadway location was such a radical experience. Her outfit was bright and colorful - loved the orange bandana, blue? lipstick and pigtails. Engaging conversationalist; personable and herself. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely have her cut my wig again. I see you, 9 years!😉

Rachel was absolutely amazing! Got the best haircut I've ever gotten, straight up. I had an event literally 30 minutes later so there was no adjustment period to let the cut 'settle', and no grace period if the haircut went wrong; and Rachel absolutely met that challenge. She's great

Always arrive feeling welcomed, always leave feeling satisfied. Never had a bad experience at Floyd’s. The stylists/experts are always professional, friendly, and receptive to feedback. Your barber wants to understand what you envision for your hairstyle. They’re committed to executing and bringing that vision to life. During a cut, nothing makes me more confident than when my stylists pauses frequently to check in, and makes sure we’re still on the same page.

The stylists always take care of my son’s haircut. They listen to him and ask questions about what he’s wanting, instead of asking me. Which I love! Because it’s his hair, not mine. They are always so kind.
