This was the Best place to leave my car since August 18 till today Sep/13... Excellent customer service and very responsible.
No problems at all. Worked very well for 3 weeks. OK, the spot is a bit hard to find though. Had to wait a few minutes at drop-off for the 2nd ride, but the return was absolutely awesome. I called the number and the driver was just 1 minute away from the door (at MIA) I gave him. When we arrived the car was about to be ready and within 1 minute it was right in front of us and running with no complaints at all.
Site is not easy to spot from the street. Very small and tight. We made an online reservation to pickup the car at 1am , but when we showed for drop off we were told the site closes at 12am and there will be an extra fee of $25 to open (and what if the flight gets delayed? which happens often...). We ended up parking somewhere else which is open 24/7 and actually had to pay less. In other words there are better options.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR CAR AND DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNACCEPTABLE! RUDE STAFF! Do not park your car here! I gave it one star because it does not give you an option to put in no stars. After coming back from our trip, the shuttle brought us to our car and once we opened the trunk and doors we noticed a smell that seemed like mold. The floor of the car was wet. When I sat on the passenger's seat, it was damp. There was water in our cup holders. The back right window was left open and our sunroof as well. Our car was wet and humid inside. We never open or use the sunroof and we made sure that the windows were all closed before we departed. When we asked to speak to the manager, the young man had told us that he wasn't going to be in the office until Monday. There was no one else working in the office at that time. When I called back I spoke to Juan, who was extremely rude and gave me another number to contact. We have tried contacting the number several times. We sent emails and left a voice message. We did not get one response. The staff is not helpful and is incompetent of simply directing us to the manager of the place. This parking lot has poor customer service and we totally regret parking our car there. I am in disbelief that after several days/weeks of trying to get in touch with a supervisor or a manager, the staff fails to know where this man named Patricio is. They have no means of contacting him so that we can settle this matter. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE HAVE BEEN USING OTHER LOTS AND THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE. I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER SOON TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS INCIDENT.
This is the worst service I've ever had! I would give them a half star if it was possible. I paid to have my car cleaned inside and outside, but they did not clean it. I came back to a car that not only still had sand inside still, but Alberto, the worker, had put gum on my seat! When trying to tell the Ms. Sammy, the manager, about how the car was not cleaned and the new found gum, the manager would not schedule me in for another appointment or give me a refund. The manager also had a very nasty attitude the whole time, which did not help the situation at all.
