There is no way this place has good reviews. Ther other reviewes are robots for sure. This place is terrible. Only one employee up front. 0% customer service and why is it only 1 employee upfront every time I come here. Is the company broke, if so, go bankrupt and leave this work for a company that can sustain it. They dont have a phone number on the Google page, the service literally takes hours. Do better, much better. The company sucks!!! Edit- I hope you find this addition. Don't let my typos distract you for one second from the point. I was frustrated beyond comprehension at the moment I originally wrote the review, so I did not confirm the address before I posted, I speak of the Flexdrive located at 8201 Leesburg pike, VA. What I said about that specific location is all true. There is no phone number listed online, the one employee does not make things efficient for the renters at all, and the communication between the Lyft app and Flexdrive is very poor. All these things need to be improved at this location.

Pattie was veryyyyy helpful and patient with me! First time visiting , I would recommend everyone give them a visit especially if you need a nice reliable car and fast…!! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH!!

The worst experience I ever had. Patricia gave me the wrong info. Then I called 15 minutes later and another person with first initial J made the experience ever worst. Also they called me today and asked for micheal???????. You guys not trained properly and definitely not organized. $1500 down and $1200 a month for a rental/ lease car. Total scam
