Wow. I was utterly unprepared to have the BEST customer service experience of my life at a shoe store but here we are! We stopped into Fleet Feet to see if we could find a pair of walking shoes for my absolutely terrible bunion-ridden feet that cause me pain 24/7 as an extremely active person. Little did I know that Fleet Feet actually do a foot analysis that includes some sort of wild topography of your feet and ankles as well as a gait analysis. Within the first 10 minutes, Brendan informed me I was wearing shoes 1-1.5 sizes TOO SMALL (lol @ me). He then proceeded to spend over an hour extensively working with me to find the perfect shoe for my dysfunctional feet. I’m not kidding. With what seemed like actual glee, Brendan pulled dozens of shoes for me, intricately describing each pair, the differences I’d notice, the reasons why he chose them, and asking me detailed questions to understand what did and did not work for me until we found a perfect pair. He didn’t even stop there! Once we found them, he assisted me in trying different inserts. The colorway I wanted wasn’t available so he walked me through an easy online order, and then spent another 35 minutes doing the same process with my Mom who purchased two new pairs of sneakers that she claims are “like walking on clouds”. The entire hour and a half we joked, laughed, and learned. Even when the store got busy, he didn’t let me feel like a burden. He and his coworker easily managed the rush while continuing to provide the highest level of care to us. It was truly an unparalleled experience for both of us, AND I left with happy feet. 10000/10 experience. Give that dude a freaking raise!

We visited our favorite running and active wear store Fleet Feet in Princeton recently and again we were blown away by the kindness and knowledgable staff. We love going there because of the service. The manager and his staff are amazing. They keep a record of your size and will update depending on your needs. It is highly personalize using scan to map out your feet. We are highly satisfied of the service. Thank you Fleet Feet Princeton!
