Managers are very disrespectful. I came in around 6:30 today. The judge, rude, and disrespectful stares are unacceptable. I just want to have a good day by getting a sub and saying hey to a worker I knew. I always have a smile on my face but this time I gave back the dirty looks. It happens every single time I go in there. The food is good, in which the managers don’t help with, but anyways. Don’t come here if you want to have a good day, or else it will be ruined my disrespectful managers and certain workers. Some workers were actually nice and gave a smile to me. Will not be coming here with a smile ever again. I don’t know this worker personally but his first name was Joseph… I think. He was very sweet and he gave good smiles, to me as I ordered. He was one of a few workers that actually made me feel welcomed there. Horrible service. I felt everyone’s eyes burning into my soul!!!

I wouldn't know if the food is good or not! We walked in and there was only a handful of people there , the drink machine was totally out of order and the girl at the front sd it would be 30 minutes before they could make our food!!! We asked why and she sd bc of online orders. Not ok, anyone who comes in to actually eat there should be able to eat in a decent amt of time. Its a sub place, not a steak house!!!

Gave a 1 star review because there is nothing lower!!! I was not happy with the way people were treated. The people there are toxic and rude, I felt unwelcome and kept getting stared at like I was stupid. The manger vet was extremely disrespectful and I did not appreciate it. I went in with my best friend to drop of something for my brother. And there was barely any customers for it to be a big problem. And my brother got in trouble because of us dropping something off but he simply didn’t even know that we were coming. Just wanted to make my brothers day better but instead we got stank looks and rude side comments. I walked out with a smile and told everyone to have a nice day but still rude stares! I will never be coming back again!

Every time the sun comes out soaking wet, I get that I wanted Italian dressing on it. But putting it on the bottom with the lettuce and onions completely soaks the bread, completely falling apart. This has to be the third or fourth time. It’s not rocket science, maybe don’t put so much of get putting it on the top to not make the bottom bread fall apart, literally inedible and have to sun my own bread on the bottom. Rather spend my money at Sun Station or Jersey Mikes down the road than continually get terrible sandwiches for the same or higher price.

The workers give very dirty looks. Disrespectful and very judgy. A manager named Vet talks to the new workers rudely. She tells the workers but she does not show. Very few workers were really Polite( in which I will not name). I hate coming here to order food. Most of my friends work here and every single time I come in I always get dirty looks by the managers, and some other workers. I can’t help that I want a sub. If I see someone I know working there I’m going to say hey. Even when I go in just to say hey I order stuff so it’s not disrespectful and so I don’t distract the workers from job. Even though I get rude looks all the time as well as my mother, and my sister we always smile and tell everyone to have a good day, but still rude, and judgy managers. I will never buy from y’all again. I hate it there. I’ve also heard from several of the employees, not one but several of them that they are treated horrible here.
