Too slow even dropping off here each line takes at least 20-25 min for only one person. Whole place can’t print even one damn label.

I needed to shipping my headset to get fixed and it was late everywhere we’re closed it was passed 6 PM and I looked everywhere no luck until I found this location thank god it was open and the lady were very nice she greeted me with a nice smile. Help me out with my shipment. Everything went smooth and easy definitely i will go back again. This is my place to go to when I need to ship something.
Driver "attempted" delivery (requires signature), no doorbell no knock, just left. I took off work to receive this very important delivery. Customer service was inept, but assures me delivery will be reattempted. I have no faith or confidence that my package will be delivered or that my complaint will be addressed. Extremely unprofessional!
