Shipments are never delivered to my home. My neighbors and random folks down the street are always gifted with free packages thanks to my fedex delivery driver. Fedex never takes responsibility for screwing up deliveries and I am always screwed. Fix yourselves and deliver things to where they go!
Everytime I have a package coming from this facility the driver lies and says he makes attempts and doesn't. Costs me days off of work because I have to be here to sign and then they have the gull to tell me that I can drive 2 hours away to pick up the packages I PAID them to deliver. This is the 5th time I have had to deal with this type of situation. I wouldn't willingly use them to send sand to a beach but some places do not give you an option of who to use. I am beyond sick of this and if my package doesn't show up today I will be filing charges in court for my loss of wages and the cost of deliveries that they didn't deliver. It's is called theft!
The calls system is annoying, inefficient, and frustrating. Just gave me a number menu from the start. I doubt the voice recognition software that's probably developed by some second rate company that outsourced to India is really better than just giving me a number menu. I hate voice menus because they just don't work well 90% of the time.
Was out there twice in one day, and the front counter associate offered me no helpful assistance, and wasn't very friendly about it. The first visit I was made to repackage my shipment because it was wrapped in black plastic. She told me to shrink wrap it. I said isn't that the same thing except a different color? She replied yes, but this is unacceptable and I will not take it. So, I go home and use clear shrink wrap over the already black wrapped package and return hoping to ship my package. Now I'm informed that she can't print my shipping label. I ask why not, and showed her it clearly stated on my FedEx email to take it to the nearest shipping facility to have my package label printed and ready for shipment. She replied I don't know, but we don't do that here. So I left and thanked her for no help twice today, and went to another FedEx location and had no problem getting taken care of.
If I could give zero stars I would happily do so. Can never speak with an actual person and my packages keep getting left at other people's addresses. Its like who ever drives for them is too lazy to use GPS. None of my persistent complaints have ever been followed up on. I will not order anything if I believe Fedex is the deliverer. Its sad that this has happened on at least three occasions even once I requested to pick up and made an appointment to do so and they still went out and delivered my things to wrong address and only for good neighbors I would have never received my things at least 1700 dollars could have costed me and my spouse. Do better.
