They are located within the Westin -- the entrance is on Fargo St; you won't find a sign for it on Summer St -- and charge a package handling fee in addition to whatever shipping fees there are. The customer service representative was rude, sighed heavily at my questions.

This is not a FedEx location. They charge $10 per package to drop off. SCAM!!
