First guy said he'd be there. 10mins late, nothing, won't pick up my calls. New guy calls and says sorry be there in 10mins. Never heard from him again. It's like taxi Tinder. Thankfully Uber got me to the airport.
This is an other company just not even worthy for the one star rating. They showed up but were nearly 30 min late. We kept calling asking for info they were so rude and very unprofessional. Lying directly to our ears. On top of all they charged us separately for each passenger. What a rip off.
This business is unreliable and extremely unprofessional, I had to call multiple times to find out where my ride was only to find out that no one was ever sent to get me. I will never use this company again.
Fast service! I needed a vehicle before 9pm and they got to my home in 20 minutes. Finally a reliable taxi in the Albany area!
The driver was quiet but polite. He arrived faster than expected. The car is not new but it works and has AC. The price was fair. I was very pleased with them and would use this taxi service again. ?
