Love this store. Close to where I live can walk there. Always have want I need. Great customer service and friendly employees
Never going back here, they "require" you to wear a mask. I won't support a business that endorses this tyrrany. There is no evidence that masks work and yet there is plenty of evidence that they are harming us, causing staph infections and upper respiratory infections. You make me sick.
Tried to shop here today, but was refused service because I cannot wear a mask due to my chronic medical condition. I informed the clerk that I have breathing issues due to previously working in a building with 100,000sqft of exposed mold (@ MillerCoors Brewing). I was then told that as a "private company" (they're a publicly traded company) they can refuse service to anyone. Can they (legally) refuse service to someone with a service animal? Can they (legally) refuse service to someone in a wheelchair? ...The answer is no! So why is Family Dollar's management allowing hourly retail employees to discriminate against me (and likely others) for our medical conditions? Giving one star because it wouldn't allow me to post with zero.
Had to ask the employee if they had any of an personal item in the back only to be told that they had a couple employees quit and have not been able to completely restock the shalves
I give a four, hesitantly, because I love shopping there BUT.they are out of items a lot.like bread, tobacco now for weeks,its annoying
