I've been here several times & my experiences have varied. There is an older gentleman who works here that is always very polite, friendly & provides wonderful customer service. There is a woman who may be in her 20's, or a bit older, that I really dislike having wait on me when I shop here. It's not that she's rude, but she's just very unprofessional! Whenever she has been my cashier, she constantly drops my items while ringing them up, and if that's not bad enough, laughs about it as if it's funny. This has happened on numerous occasions. She is also very obnoxious & behaves in a very childlike manner. Sometimes singing, other times making random "off the wall" comments. I dread going through her checkout, but sometimes I have no choice. The store is well stocked & has a nice variety of items from baby care to cosmetics, household goods, toys, decorative items, seasonal things, birthday supplies, greeting cards, school supplies, laundry/cleaning supplies. You'll find great prices here. They also carry clothing for infants, children, men/women & plus sizes.
I'm always treated like a friend when I walk in and the employees are always super helpful and polite. Especially Melissa, she is my favorite!
This store is usually well stocked with great bargains in some groceries and home goods. I love this store and it is the best one in the area.area

The store in winchiden is clean and the customer service was excellent!!! The store manager Kimberly was very professional,friendly,and a joy to deal with!!!!!!very happy customer!!
