I went into this store last night and the cashier (Jessica) called me all kinds of terrible names and followed me out of the store holding up mace continuously calling me names , all the while she had her friends in the parking lot smoking weed. I have called every number available for Family Dollar Corp, and you can't thru to any of those numbers listed. I will not stop until this matter is addressed and that person , Jessica, is fired! I recorded a video of this also. I want a response from this business!

Employee refused to sell me razors because coupon that attached made them free. If you don't want to sell then take off the floor or remove coupon.

I had a horrible experience in this family dollar, the staff was SUPER rude and everything was a mess, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Whatever happened to customer service? Do we not apply this anymore? My kid's and I have been coming here for years and it just sucks to see customer service getting worse and worse to where it's not even applied anymore. Not asking for special service but simply just to be aknowledged as a paying customer , tell me my correct balance and please hand me my receipt and lastly please take out your airpods! We DO NOT want nor care to hear your personal conversations. Extremely RUDE! Specially coming from a Manager!I hope someone in their Cooperate actually reads the negative reviews on this establishment and does something about it.
