My overall rating is primarily based on asthetics of rooms, cleanliness of overall property, amenities and service. The room I stayed in for 3 nights, 4 days was not one of the renovated rooms (quite outdated in my opinion) however for the prices paid per a night ($99), strong AC, above average water temperature, space/ sq. ft. and cleanliness — it was worth the price point. Just keep in mind it is near public transportation, so you may hear a plane or two. Additionally, the breakfast provided as always with FF, met expectations. I personally enjoyed the different choices of eggs (scrambled and quiche) and variety of yogurt (2 brands, mainly strawberry and blueberry). Do not miss out on the lemon water in the lobby, a simple touch but great to fill your water bottle with! Lastly, service received at the time of check-in was exceptional (from Raz). I’ve worked for a Foreign Airline so service with a smile and that customer service tone of voice was so appreciated. In general, the staff’s friendliness and service was satisfactory. Thank you for taking care of my needs when requested!
This review is a bit overdue. I have to say that the customer service is exceptional here especially when Michelle Khan is on duty. I frequently need to stay at this location, no matter what time or day, if Michelle is on duty she welcomes me with a smile and ensures my stay is pleasant. Thank you to the team with helping miss home a little less during my stay!
As a Marriott Platinum Member I can safely say this is not to standard. This place is in need of an upgrade. Our double room was stuffy and dingy. Two full beds rather than queens were very tight. Dated sofa did not fold out. Dated under window system could not maintain temp. Bathroom was old and grundgy complete with a wall phone. DirectTV rather than satellite. Breakfast was also very limited. Staff was great and location is good, but I would not want to spend any significant amount of time here. Overnight to get to the airport served it's purpose. Hopefully this is high on Marriott's list for refurbishment.

Good location, just merely 10mins drive from SFO. Surrounded with many eateries, many oriental cuisines. Hotel breakfast is really too simple… room is big and reasonable clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
