First time staying at this location and I can tell you my stay was good. Great customer service, nice room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and a spacious and safe step-in shower. The only complaints I have is the pillows were too soft, if there's such a thing! 😂 It had no substance to them, so my head sunk in way too much into them. Also, the room had a slight stench too it. Like smoke. It was as if someone smoked in the room prior but what I think it was, was the A/C. It had a smell to it. Those were my only complaints. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again and again. I will however, bring a pillow of my own to put with the other pillows. 😂
Do not book this hotel for your wedding! We had an absolutely horrible experience that was made worse by incompetent hotel staff who were completely disinterested in the service part of their customer service jobs. The hotel was incredibly disorganized which led to confusion and chaos amongst the guests. Front desk staff did not know what time the shuttle, which was affiliated with and leaving from the hotel, would be leaving for the wedding. They made no effort to find this information or help at all. The hotel was also supposed to provide tickets to the shuttle and claimed that "our people" did not provide them. They were literally telling guests at check in to call the bride and groom 3 hours before their wedding to find out shuttle information. No bride needs that added stress! There was supposedly a group coordinator on site, but that person never appeared and was of completely no help. The only helpful person we encountered during our stay was Elaina who was servicing the breakfast buffet 6/22/2024. Thank you Elaina! The front desk staff could take a lesson in kindness and courtesy from you! In summary, if you want your wedding day to run smoothly, DO NOT book your wedding block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport. Hilariously, they had an add for wedding arrangements in the elevator.
From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jesse I just knew I made a good choice in booking. Jesse kept a smile on his face while welcoming me and my family into the hotel. He was very helpful in also directing me to the laundry room because I couldn’t find it. The room was really nice and I loved the shower. I got a view of the daycare but it was still nice. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jesse for your excellent customer service.
It’s pretty good location and close to the airport. Seems safe area as the childcare next door to this hotel. Breakfast is hot and good in the morning just bit limited but no issues. Flight details for departures and arrivals shown in the lobby area on the TV screens all the time. They have shuttles to airport for free as well. Anyway overall it’s a good and nicely maintained hotel. The lobby person in the nighttime is very nice and respectful always.
When we checked in the hotel on 6/11 night , we had been informed that the there’s no available rooms for me and my colleagues (totally 3 person with 3 rooms under 2 reservations). The charge person proposed another hotel- Staybridge suites-Baltimore inner harbor. And Now I receive double charge about room fee. I has back to Taiwan . Can someone contact with me how to refund the fee ?
