Perfect location if you're flying out of PHL in the morning. There is a Ruby Tuesday's next door, and a gas station just down the street, conveniently on your way to the rental car return. My room was clean and well appointed. Jamal at the front desk was exceptional. He was friendly, and kept a positive attitude while juggling multiple tasks and customers. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a snack and water at check-in, and when I left in the morning there were grab-n-go breakfast bags (before breakfast hours). There is also a Ruby Tuesday's in the parking lot next to this location, which was very convenient for dinner.
I love this hotel and location. I have stayed here before and the service was equally amazing. The breakfast is great and the attendant kept restocking and cleaning. The breakfast area stayed full the entire breakfast period. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. This hotel is only 1.5 miles from the Airport and 1.5 miles from the John Heinz Wild Animal Refuge. It is close to the freeway and provides easy access to I-95 and I-495. I highly recommend this hotel.
The rooms are fairly nice, the breakfast was okay, and it's close to the airport, but there is no shuttle to the airport... Airport is literally in their name and I had to pay for a $25 Uber to drive me a few minutes down the road with all our luggage both ways. The only bonus of staying that close is to be able to use the shuttle. Might as well have stayed in town closer to the things we wanted to see.
The place is not bad. Our group (4 rooms) always stays here when we travel to Florida. We took a liking to this particular hotel because they offered parking and a shuttle to the airport and there is a restaurant across the parking lot. But upon checking in we were told that they don't offer that service anymore, the exact quote was, "we are trying something different", which was not having the shuttle. So we are now trying something different, we will not be staying there again. If they would have offered us the parking at least, we would be coming back, but the dimeter was "nothing we can do".
Nice two queen bed room. They only do your linen every other day. You have to pay for parking, the newest griff these hotels near the airport do. The breakfast and the lady who cooks/prepares it are very good. No need to go out to a diner to eat.
