BAD Faith! I would have given it one star but they were really nice to me (nice kids hanging around and the rates are low) when I started the process but not so much when I finish the process. I initialed the no pet policy without realizing it and they wanted to charge me $250 for a detailing that took me a half hour and $2.00 in quarters to Remove all the pet hair from the back area. They still charge me $90 because there were traces of hair in the front seat where my dog was nowhere near (I realized no amount of hair removal would satisfy) I had tracked it in from the house. They disagreed and I insisted that the car have no trace of dog hair which is impossible. All that said, as I explained to them, that $90 will not go that far and to loose a customer and referrals (which is free advertising) they made a costly mistake - one they will regret!

This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . I've been able to travel to Disneyland , San Diego , Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I can't thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for it's speedy service .

I've been a long time customer. I can say that the customer service is great and I have never had trouble with their cars (except this last rental- which had very low tire pressure and came with only a 1/4 tank of gas and so it cost me $55 to fill it up on the day that I rented it). However, I will not return, their prices are astonishingly high. It is more worth it and money wise to open a credit card account and rent from a major rental company. EZ to rent is very hassle free but after finding out that my rental only came with 100 mile limit per day and cost me an additional $120 in charges for going over the mileage, I will not return. It is also not very cheap to rent from them anyway, especially if you don't carry your own insurance. I would have to say that I wouldn't recommend them. FYI: I overheard them giving someone a quote for a week rental with insurance included and it was going to cost $498, just to paint a picture of their prices for you. My 3 day rent was $236, yes, I am obviously stupid or lazy-since I just haven't felt like opening a credit card. Even if you have credit issues, if you can afford to put down their $400 deposit and pay $498 for a week rental then you can afford to open a secured credit card for $250 or $500 and then do yourself a favor and rent from a major rental co for half of the price.Nothing against this business, nice people but these prices are robbery.

Rented a car there last May with body damage that was not brought up, then when I returned the vehicle my $500 deposit was taken for damages I did not make. Filed a complaint through better business bureau and didn’t respond to anyone. I’ve left several messages through to manager and not one response back. No wonder why they have a locked door before entering. I’m sure they’re hated by many. Their own body shop guy admitted to me that they’re scam artist. I’m surprised they’re still in business
