There is a guy working there with a hat or something he wears and is very rude. First, I come inside, I tell him my card is canceled but I can pay for the big gulp soda cup using zelle, but he doesn't even seem to understand me at all. He then proceeds to scold me and criticize me for no reason. Really terrible place to go during the day. Never had an experience like this in the 4 years of me coming there.

Staff was nice but misinformed about VA state laws, was trying to buy a lottery tickets keep in mind I am 19 years old which mean I am able to buy one. I was told by the cashier I have to be 21 to purchase it and denied me saying only at 7/11 stores, hard to believe since I have always bought Lottery tickets at 7/11. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

20240531 Stopped here to fill up my rental before returning it. Didn't feel like getting stuck in traffic just to save a few dollars $$ by going to Costco Gas. This gas station has been here a long time, but still feels new. Guess prices are high, but it's Biden's prices. 🙄

Do not use the car wash, it is terrible. My car still had mud all over after a wash. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund (this was my second time running it through that wash that week) and all the lay said was she can give me a code to run it under a wash again. After running the car through yet a third time it still had mud and dirt all over it. Completely broken wash that does not actually wash your car at all, I could rinse it better with a hose at home. The lady behind the desk didn’t seem to care at all either. It’s like they know they are just stealing people’s money with a broken car wash system. Look at the pictures right after the 3rd wash I ran my fingers and still layer of dirt and dust caked on the car. Never had this with any other car wash in the area.

I used my credit card to get gas on 8/12/24 and two days later I had to close my card due to an attempted fraudulent transaction. My card was not used again between the time I used it for gas and when attempted transaction took place. I am thankful for my financial institution for not approving the transaction. However, I am very disappointed in the employees who work here. When I called to let them know what occurred and to check their pumps as they may have a scam device on their pumps, the individual who answered the phone (a male) told me "no" and hung up on me. If you come here for gas, I would highly recommend paying with cash or checking the credit card devices before using.
