I've done both dine-in and take-out here, and it's always been good. The food is always tasty, but you go here for the desserts because they are top-tier. Desserts are always changing, and they sell out of the popular ones early, so you never know what you're going to end up with, but you know it's going to be good. I'm also a big fan of their teas - especially the Lover Girl tea. This is a great place to hang out outside with friends while having good food. Also makes a good date place!

Absolutely fantastic food. Loved the salmon, it was perfectly fresh and lovely. The edible roses were also high quality. The flavors are incredibly potent in every dish. I did dislike the chocolate chip cookie quite a bit, it was super super crumbley and just lacking in flavor as it was all chocolate. But everything else was so good that I don't believe it should effect the score in anyway. I loved it here and would absolutely recommend.

If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, Extraordinary Desserts is the spot to visit. There is so much variety. You could try scones, cookies, bread pudding, danishes, cakes, and more! On this visit I purchased a type of cinnamon roll and a chocolate chip cookie(not pictured). The roll was decadent and was served warm. There were some nuts on top, but it wasn't overwhelming. There are several things that I want to try on my next visit. Also, the customer service was outstanding! Both the cashier and the lady who brought me my delectable treats were great. This shop has been around for years, and there is a reason way. Foodies will love this spot. Eat up!!!

07-08-24 Brought my sister here to get her sweet treat for her birthday. Loved how everything we ordered came atop with rose petals. Very alluring! Ordered: -single scoop matcha green tea (they didn't have it) had to replace with coconut $5.50-creamy delicious and rich -vanilla bean creme brûlée $11.50- finger licking good Two stars for atmosphere, outside seating smell like urine every now and then when there’s a breeze. The desserts here are like no other - and I've traveled to nearly every state. Every time we come back to San Diego we stop here to get dessert and sometimes take whole cake to freeze and transport home. They are amazing. The service the last few visits/years always feels condescending? Like they're annoyed with us? I can't describe it but it's been consistent the last few times.
