This place is awesome!! Khalid was so friendly and helpful at the front desk. He has the perfect personality for his job. I know they are all nice room but I feel like he gave ME the best room in the house. He showed Genuine concern about my needs because I am handicapped. I REALLY liked that they had a laundry room and that I needed my room card to gain access to the laundry room. Kim was very pleasant, and friendly and helpful. She asked how my stay was and wished me well on my journey to my destination. This was my second stay at an Extended Stay America during my trip and I will DEFINITELY use them again!! The room was big, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was treated better than the popular hotel I stayed at in NY. I will DEFINITELY ONLY be staying at an Extended Stay America from now on!! Kudos to Khalid for an EXCELLENT job 👍❤️ Thank you Kim for all you do and for also being so nice and cordial.

The hotel and staff here were top notch, and this was a perfect stay for me while I was travelling from Florida! The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the friendly and extremely helpful staff. The very nice woman & man who checked me in and out were all very warm and helpful, one of the best interactions I've had at any hotel regardless of how many stars the hotel had. I had a few requests and they were more than happy to accommodate and get me into my room to relax. I will be staying here every time I come back to the DC area, thank you all so much, see you next time!

It was a overall a great Experience, Lisa was VERY helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was extra comfortable!! Definitely would highly recommend this extended stay location

I had an issue with the window panels in my room—they were broken, and light from outside made it hard for me to sleep. I called the front desk to report it, hoping for some assistance. Instead of helping, the front desk staff raised his voice and dismissed my concern, saying “it’s dark now,” as if that solved the issue. I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I simply wanted to let them know about a real problem in my room. His rude attitude made the situation worse. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be staying here again. Terrible service. P.s. I stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this hotel is the first hotel where I had a bad experience with terrible service, and this is the first time I've written a review of the hotels. I never coming back for staying this hotel ever.

This staff absolutely sucks. We use clc for our jobs and have them send the forms to them for our rooms. One staff member says it’s fine, and then the other says it’s not fine and we can’t get room keys. The rooms are great, location is good, staff is the absolute worst and I hope someone checks in on them
