Just want to share my experience. I've been in and out of staying here due to my home not being ready to move into which has been awful for me, but despite that Everyone especially Luz has been wonderful. She's greeted me by name, & brightened my day every time I see her with her positive attitude on work and life. I've even witnessed a couple of the ladies at the front desk deal with difficult costumers and thy still handled it with grace and patience even when the costumer was yelling & being rude. I hope this company gives their employees the money & respect they deserve because I've seen some of the things they experience and it's not the easiest to bare. Note to everyone coming here it's a 2.5-3⭐️ hotel why are you expecting more then that ?? They are just doing their best/job. You are not the only one THAT DAY that probably came to them with a problem or expect them to do things they can't control. SO Be NICE! Thank you for making my experience doable will be looking forward to seeing Luz again !
I just to say how fantastic Ms. Marcella at the front desk is. She handles adversity with poise. It's incredible how sweet of a woman she is with all the stuff she deals with at that hotel. I always enjoy her presence when I visit.
Brandi and staff are wonderful! Customer service is top-notch. Rooms were clean and presentable. Quiet location. Convenient parking. Grocery store and Starbucks next door. Freeway and train station less than a mile away.
Very disappointed. The rooms are not as big as they appear on website. We checked in yesterday for an 8 day stay. Went to office this morning to turn in 2 face towels, a bath towel because we were told in order to get new towels we have to turn old towels in. We were given back 1 face towel and 2 dish towels. So my husband and I have to share face towels. Just went back to the office 6 hours later, to be told there's no face towels. We will go to Walmart tomorrow to get some. Very disappointed. I see the manager responded to this review. Do you think we can get a coffee pot? It's advertised in the amenities. I went to the office and was told ya'll don't have any. I'm here for about 5 more days, unfortunately. Also, Capital One is waiting for a email response from you, please.
Manager Brandi helped me very well. She displays excellent customer service skills. This raises the bar for other hotel chains and establishments.
