July 27th our flight came in at 12:30pm. Two express north shuttle busses came by us, we were parked at Express South. The 3rd Express North came by, I asked the driver (Chris) if Express South would be coming by as we had been waiting for awhile. Chris stated it was at another stop but would be by shortly. After about 1-2 minutes Chris came from the Shuttle and said he would take us to our vehicle at Express South. I wish I had got his last name, but needless to say Chris went above and beyond his duty. I hope his manager sees this review and gives credit to Chris.

Very well organized while you reach South Parking. Staff is friendly and for me shuttle was right there. They have good system where they will give a card and you dont have to remember where you have parked your vehicle. It surely feels Express. While returning from terminal its a huge mess. lot of other reviews site the same thing. Frequency for North Express is much better than South. For my specific case to return to South, I waited just 10 minutes, North express shuttle guy promised South shuttle is right behind him, and I waited some more time. Finally I called the number and asked them send somebody to pick me up and the South Express showed up. Next time I will try the North Express garage.

Paid ahead online got a discount. Easy entrance, fast park, and pick-up. Straight to our gate drop-off, when we arrived back, easy pick-up and straight to our car drop-off. All went smoothly, all staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great service. Will use again and again

I really like parking here. The van is always quick to pick you up and take you to your terminal. What I hate, and has caused to to look for alternative, is the pickup from the terminal is terrible. Very long waits coming back from my two last trip. After waiting 30 minutes we had to call and ask for van. When you are ready to go home...30 minutes is an eternity.

Lost my wallet on a shuttle and I called them and they found it quickly. When you park, a shuttle will follow you and will write down where you parked on a card so you don’t have to remember. I got lucky as the shuttle to go back to the parking lot arrived right when I sat down at the pick up point. 3 stars because I paid $35 for parking in advance but my toll tag got charged $90 and I had to call and get refund. Use the QR code they give you instead of your toll tag to avoid this
