Awesome experience!! Super easy process and staff is super friendly. The shuttle driver was at our car and ready to go as soon as we were done parking. AND it’s way cheaper than the airport parking services. Highly recommend!

Drivers are very prompt to pick me up from my vehicle which is greatly appreciated, and I always tip for their service! Most drivers seem very courteous and friendly. The only downside I have observed is that most drivers do not offer to assist with bags even though a sign is posted inside buses to the contrary. I may appear to be able to lift my bag into the bus, but one of my knees is a prosthetic so my leg strength is lacking. I never ask for assistance but it would certainly be appreciated! I am enjoying parking at Express!

The driver are not nice, they don’t help you with the luggage at all and the questions that one of they made me, where you come from? Because of my accent, also when I made the reservation they are supposed to sent me a barcode, they didn’t they send me a empty email and when I got there, they wanted to charger me again, and I had to show them the credit card statement for them to see that had pay, no help no tip, I wanted help with my heavy luggage just help and I was ready to tip them right after but no, never go back there

Great lot for those of us that have cars at the airport often! Friendly drivers and quick shuttle service both to and from the terminal. Yes, sometimes they are short a driver and you may circle the lot a few times, but this is the unfortunate reality of most services these days. The ongoing construction and resulting traffic jams on the airport side don't help matters any, but that's going to be a headache for all airport users for quite a while.
