Overall a pleasant experience. Jen was very nice from beginning to end and accommodated my special requests for drop off and return close to my home. I had a few complications at the return location where they wanted to charge me erroneously for small door dings that were already on the rental. When I reached out to Jen and made her away of the situation she took care of it for me right away and told me not to worry about it. She is great person and a great business woman. Thank you Jen!

The whole experience was great! There was a little inconvenience in the shuttle operations at the airport but the staff at rentals office did a fantastic job to help me forget about the shuttle operations issues. Pickup/drop off experience was supper! In the end, I got a complementary ride to my pereffered destination. Happy to do business with enterprise again.

Another great experience with Enterprise! The staff is always extremely welcoming and strive to ensure everything is perfect - and it was. We rented an Expedition to give us more space for vaca traveling and enjoyed the comfort of this larger SUV. We always rent via Costco's program as it has excellent pricing and gives you the benefit of an extra driver at no additional cost.

Absolutely outstanding customer service at this location at pickup and dropoff. There was some confusion about a rate change on my vehicle and the staff members actively sought ways to rectify the matter in my favor. I was thrilled with how helpful and polite they were. I would definitely use Enterprise and this location again.

The car I rented from Enterprise was great. The staff at point of pickup as well as drop off site were professional. The large negative from renting the car was the excessive one way usage fee. This really makes the consumer who needs a one way rental look for other options. This fee has gone up a lot from previous years and should be reduced in order to keep the customers happy. Enterprise is a well run company but this fee amount distracts from the overall rating of this company.
