Erickson's Thriftway Supermarket
What people are saying
Having visited relatives recently in Burns, we found that we needed some items from a grocery store. For a small town grocery store it was well stocked. We found what we needed and at reasonable prices.
Awesome little store with almost everything you need. The butcher was awesome to talk to about hunting spots
Great customer service! Young man brought my mother, who has mobility issues, an electric cart and showed her how to use it. The butcher was knowledgeable and the woman who checked us out was friendly. We did not have the same experience at Safeway.
I have no idea how our thriftway has any good review at all. And I'm a pretty agreeable person. I'm a local here, there is always the worst customer service if you can even find someone working. No one ever does the cans. The manager is very rude. This is all upsetting to me as I grew up here, it has been a good store my whole life, before and after sentry until this year. I will not be going there again as I have tried too many times. I can only hope someone higher up the chain sees this and can save our small store in Burns. I have put off writing this review for a long time, as I never write reviews, but enough is enough. Thank you
We hit a deer early in the morning. Once we got the truck to the repair shop, the owner drove us and the deer to Thriftway to get it hung while we got things sorted. Two or three employees came out to help get the carcass hung so I could more easily finish skinning. None of this is available most places we're aware of, and the price is more than fair! Everyone we interacted with in Burns/Hines was absolutely phenomenal! Thanks especially to the meat department!
