It’s clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Outside of peak hours, it’s easy to pop in for a complete workout, then a quick steam and shower. Mornings are especially fun, and the crowd thins out at 8:30am. The big windows facing Park Ave are a nice backdrop; I like how the view keeps me feeling connected to the city.

I am in the process of signing up for a membership and Adam Seth, the membership advisor, has been nothing but SO helpful and kind! If you are hesitant in signing up, go check out the location and make an appointment with him! So clean and great atmosphere !

Bit crowded on the gym floor. The quality of the cleanliness has decreased over the years. The locker room sees much traffic and needs much more attention, especially the wet areas

I recently visited Equinox at One Park and was impressed by the clean and welcoming environment, as well as the friendly staff. It does tend to get a bit crowded after 5 pm, but that's to be expected for a popular club during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to work out and stay active.
