2nd time renting here. Still a great price and great service. Received a 20’ box truck “cab over” style. Highs: Maneuvering Visibility from cab Cargo space Lift ramp Lows: Ride Passenger comfort Fuel mileage (12mpg with gentle driving) 12’ height excluded us from some bridge underpasses Short range (I estimate the fuel capacity at 25 gallons. 25 gallons x 12mpg = 300 miles) We had an 8-hour round trip drive through mostly rural areas. The ride was brutal at times, thrashing over small dips and bouncing the driving and passenger with spine-jarring force. The driving position was good and visibility for the driver was excellent. The passenger seat was so uncomfortable that we needed to stop every hour for a break. For drivers not accustomed to driving commercially sized vehicles, extra care should be taken to avoid overhead obstacle due to the 12’ height. The truck was in good condition overall and we did not experience any mechanical issues during our rental.

I requested a box truck about 60 days in advance I called once a week to check the status. After two months I decided to go with a cargo that had unlimited miles at 600 per week at the time of the rewrite of contract a month later. They changed the deal to 500 miles per week after I started my agreement. I called in to pay and I ask bated if he can tell me how much I owe. He tells he can’t tell me anything. I asked if he works here because he couldn’t even give the number to call. I called back asked to speak to an adult because I just want to pay the bill. I wouldn’t do business here again

Hands down the absolute BEST rental experience I have ever had! The truck was clean, well maintained and had the benefit of a power lift. Bob was friendly and helpful. My interactions with Bob alone would cause me to return to Enterprise for my future rental needs. The competitive rental price and excellent equipment made my experience all the better. For a truck of this size (16ft box truck), fuel economy was excellent (15MPG overall). Compare this to trucks used by competitors and you will find that the fuel costs with other trucks will nearly double the real cost of your rental). It is also hard to find a truck that will seat 3 adults. The truck was comfortable and the ride was comparable to a heavy duty pick-up truck. The 10 speed automatic transmission was smooth as was the engine. A+ all around.

Jim and his talented team have helped me with a few rentals over the years when transporting furniture with my employer Travelers. I always highly recommend using them within my company and to family and friends because you can’t beat the top notch customer service. Plus they make the experience hassle free, will never use everybody else!

Rented a pick up truck to move a large trailer. My experience could not have been better. Nate was the rep I dealt with. He was knowledgeable friendly and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my experience. I know it’s just picking up a rental but his time and effort made me feel like he had my best interests at heart.
