When I tell you that I am totally disappointed in the level of service that I received. I arrived at San Francisco Airport on a Delta flight at 12:50am. I called Enterprise several days before travel to ensure I would be able to pick up my reserved car upon arrival and the representative was confident in taking my flight info and advising me that there would be someone at the desk for pick-up. THERE WAS NOT ANY PERSON AT THE DESK! I called and the lady asked me to call customer service and she was "sorry". Thats it...for a travler who has flew all the way across the US from FLORIDA in a three hour different time zone. I am here for a week and I really need a vehicle but I would surely cancel my reservation completely and NEVER use them again in life because of my experience. This company has no consideration for my time and/or money but according to the "I'm sorry, wait till they open" reply, they don't care.
This place is the best! Easy to book online, reminders about upcoming reservation, option to do an online check in/enter info. to speed up the process when I arrived & friendly, efficient staff! Took the Air Tran to the car rental stop after landing & went straight downstairs to the cars. Because I checked in online, I was greeted immediately & led straight to my car. Booked an economy & that’s exactly what I got! Perfect car for my trip to the redwoods. Drop off was quick & easy too! Just followed the signs for car rental return/Enterprise, pulled up behind the line of cars, was immediately greeted by an employee who had me on my way in minutes. 390 mp tank was amazing & the car was CLEAN!
San Francisco international airport Enterprise Rental car has always been patient and understanding. They do not rush you through the process, they treat you nicely like a real person with their customer service. I am always happy when I get to use Enterprise because I know it’s going to be a good experience and if it’s not, they’re going to be respectful and helpful. They do not act like you are wasting their time. I’ve had short rentals with them and long rentals with them, always been a good experience.
I rented a Toyota Camry from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the San Francisco Airport and the service was great. I created an account and reserved a car online so when I arrived I could skip the line at the desk and walk straight out to the garage where an employee simply asked if I wanted a blue car or grey and then lead me to the car and asked me to sign for it. It was so easy and fast. Returning the car was just as easy. The car was easy to drive and I didn't have any problems.
From all enterprise branches that located in the airports, this one is the best so far. I really liked how they organized for check in and check out. I was a little upset to see big line in front of me when I came to get my car but eventually it was very fast. Time is important and I appreciate enterprise treat their customers professionally here.
