We recently rented a car from Enterprise during our vacation, and the experience was fantastic. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient, allowing us to skip the counter and head straight to the waiting car area. When we returned the vehicle, the Enterprise representative went above and beyond by letting us drop it off at a more convenient location, closer to our travel transfer point. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our rental. We’ll definitely choose Enterprise again for our future car rental needs!

We rented a small compact from Enterprise at the Seattle airport on July 8, 2024. My wife had ordered the car online earlier. Agent was great, no hassles at all. Went to pick up the car, and met the rep. Said the size we were looking for wasn’t available, but upgraded us at no charge. Had a great time, but while driving, another car threw up a rock and cracked the windshield. Called Enterprise and all the necessary paperwork and communications went off without a hitch. Dropped off the car when we were finished with the wedding we were attending, and all went well. Would recommend Enterprise and the Seattle group made it very easy.

My husband and I just returned home from our baby moon (we’re expecting our first in October!) with our closest friends in Washington. Unfortunately, the beautiful memories ended with a severe lack of sympathy and kindness from the Enterprise staff. It felt as though they were looking for any small excuse to “get us” as we departed on the 14th. There is a small mark just above the wheel on the driver’s side and there’s no way it could be from us. Our car was kept safely in the driveway of our AirBnb with the drivers side facing the outside of the driveway (no way to get dinged by the other rental). Our group used the other, larger vehicle for transport to hikes and dinners - we only needed our vehicle to get to the Airbnb. Please see the photo attached for reference. We arrived at Sea-Tac very late on July 9th and must have missed the barely noticeable mark in our travel haze and in the dim lighting of the parking garage. The hurried manner the man guiding us to the car projected comforted me but it should have been a red flag. Be careful and do a thorough check, friends. I will be taking a video with my flashlight on with a staff member to verify all damages and marks I see on the vehicle moving forward to safeguard these troubles in the future.

Everyone was really helpful. We appreciated being able to go to the lot and select from among the available cars. AND rather than being in a hurry to get rid of us, the customer service rep helped us make sure we knew how to work everything. Also helped us pick out a car that had Apple Play, which made the navigating so much easier. We were very happy.

Employee who gave me the rental car did not enter the vehicle's vin or other details in the enterprise system. When the rear right tire blew out on the highway around midnight, I called enterprise to coordinate roadside assistance. The first person who answered the phone was clearly in a call center in another country. It was hard for me to hear her, and she did not have a clear understanding of enterprise rentals or customer service in general. She said my rental was missing information, and asked me for the car's vin number. I asked her where I should look in the car for the vin number since I was not familiar with the model of car I had rented. She told me to look in the wrong place (right side windshield, inside the car.) I eventually got frustrated and hung up, and texted a friend for help finding the vin. My friend looked up the make and model of the car and told me it was on the left passenger side door if I opened the door, and that it was also on the exterior windshield of the car on the left passenger side. I called enterprise back, and luckily got connected with a different employee who was very helpful. She got me roadside assistance very quickly, waived the damage fee, and immediately was able to tell tell that the make/model, car details, etc. was missing from the enterprise employee at SeaTac who gave me the car. Roadside assistance arrived at around 2am, and changed the tire in 5 mins so I could continue on to the campsite I was driving to. Maybe enterprise is good in other locations, but I cannot recommend the SeaTac location or their customer service that they clearly outsource (like all big companies) to very underpaid people in other countries.
