I got into a car accident 4 weeks ago, and my son Thank God! there were no other cars involved, and my son was in his car seat, and I had my seatbelt on long story short. It was really hard for me because I was overwhelmed with all that had happened, I felt trapped, I felt like everything was gonna fall apart. Thankfully, I had full coverage to be in a car for 4 weeks, and I would have to say that I had the best experience ever! with the entire team that was working with me at the kettner location. I'd give them 10 or 20 stars if they I had the chance too. The way they work outstandiy! Hospitality. they're ethnic of customer service. Nevertheless, there's not enough words for me to express the humanity about this location. Their customer service is beyond excellence. I want to give a big shout out to the whol team. I know that when I checked out, I believe martin, he wrote down all the names and I left it in my car so i'm sorry. However, I just can't say enough on how oppressed and how enthusiastic I am having to work with such a great team of people who are beyond excellence who can really train a lot of people in that type of industry or scope to know how to really treat a customer, understand the customer 's need, has empathy, outstanding service, and hospitality. It is the most important key in any industry. It doesn't have to necessarily be the hospitality industry or legal industry. The moral of my point is that I couldn't ask for a better location. 5 minutes within my distance of my house, I couldn't ask for a better team of people who really know how to work together as a team and who really know their stuff. So when you enter the Ketner location, know that they will do everything in their power to accommodate you and your needs. Don't ever feel or hesitate to call them and ask questions they're more than willing and happy to answer whatever concerns questions or issues that you may or may not have in relation to renting a car. 💥💥💥💥💥🫶🏼🫶🏼♥️♥️🥰🥰💥💥💥💥💥 Again, thank you, team kettner at the enterprise location in san diego by the airport. ♥️♥️Stacie Vargas Tapia ♥️♥️

The young woman Marie is extremely rude. She refused to help me over the phone so I came in the store and she was extremely rude and condescending when I addressed our phone conversation. Unprofessional. Everything else was great though.

Great and easy rental place, and everyone who works there is very kind and helpful. Shoutout to an employee (i believe his name was Fausto) who was very kind and helpful when I returned my rental car today. He dropped me off at the closest trolley stop and was fun to talk to. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to do that.

great experience with enterprise in little italy. the whole thing was seamless & easy. nageeb, the representative and i believe the manager of this location, picked me up himself when i dropped my car off at the body shop. very nice, pleasant to work with. i recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car.

Great and friendly service. Very nice facility. Only suggestion... put a sign where the shuttle bus driver, drops off passengers from airport,(on both ends of driveway) that says. Floor 1 check in to provider Floor 2 pick up car. Then car renters will know where to go after exiting bus for pick up. This would be good if first time using rental car services at San Diego airport. And maybe the shuttle drive could mention to check in at first floor, then go upstairs for pick up. Thanks!
