Customer service suck. Try to blame my husband for damages to a truck that was already there. Even though it was taken off. Still, they tried it. Don't rent from Enterprise the suck. Plus, they try to overcharge him for the rental.

If I could give no stars I would we had a reservation for 530 yesterday showed up and they was closed told us earlier that day they closed at 6 and they closed early. No one called or anything I will never do business with them again. They clearly are not a good business from all the reviews.

Managers Cyrus and Caroline cancelled on my brother last minute during a holiday for a car that was booked out a week ago. I work for enterprise. My brother is in the army. This is the service you can expect when it means most from this store

Made a reservation for a car a week prior to pick up. When I got there, there were no cars for about two hours. Waited for them to clean the car they picked up from another enterprise and it smelled like straight up smoke, was dirty, and a warning light was on the dash the entire time. Would not rent from them again.

Avoid this spot. I reserved a car 5 days ago just to get notified on the morning i was supposed to pick it up that they don't have it and that they were 'hoping for someone to return the car overnight' but since it didn't happend , now they don't have a car for me and told me to wait for their call. I'm looking for another rental company this is rediculous. Not a good way to conduct business.
