Whenever I rent a car from another company, I end up regretting it because I'm never treated as well as I am at Enterprise. Enterprise always surprises me with cars that are far above the category I initially chose. They always have my reserved car ready for me, and I hardly need to speak with anyone to pick up the vehicle. The prices are very competitive, and the cars are always in pristine condition, practically brand new. I haven't even considered another rental company for a long time. Enterprise has earned my loyalty with their excellent service and quality. The pictures are actual some of the cars rented, even the one with Brazilian license plate.

Pickup at PHL at 6 am went smoothly. I asked for a particular feature, the clerk accommodated me. She walked me to the car with the requested feature. The car was clean. Upon starting the car I noticed a service reminder light was on. It repeated the reminder for the full 8 day rental period. Upon return at CLT the clerk marked the car for service. The report process was quick. Otherwise I like the car, it meet my needs and performed well.

I was extremely happy with my car rental with Enterprise. My reservation was real easy through their website & an easy accommodation was made at the office during my pick-up. I've been a customer for years, however, it was a long time between my rentals. I'm so glad I kept my account active 'cause you never know & Enterprise made it very easy & comfortable. Thank you, Enterprise!!!

You can tell how good a company is based on what they deliver. I am totally upset over the quality and condition of the vehicle I was given it was as if they went to the salvage and pulled a car from there. The car smelled liked someone was a chain smoker but it also has major burn marks on the front driver seat and passenger seat and a huge burn mark on the steering wheel. I smelled the smoke once I entered but because it was late at night I could not see how bad the seats were. How can you charge anyone for this low quality vehicle. I would be ashamed to have anyone come in this car. I generally rent with Hertz or Avis but decided to give Enterprise a try but it was a big mistske. Please up your standards and stand by your name.... This was at the Philadelphia International Airport getting an exchange vehicle from the Cheltenham PA location due to a warning light that was on the dashboard.

I have been renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for few years now and trust me,they have never disappointed me. They are easy to work with. I have rented from different locations, and when I tell you I have not had any bad experience with any of the workers, or any of their cars,believe me. Everyone is so nice and professional. The cars are always clean and in very good shape. Thank you Enterprise!!! I'll see you guys soon.
